We cannot place an indefinite hold on your account—but if you'd like to pause your account and you know for how long, we can absolutely help you out with that! 

Simply email us at [email protected] and let us know exactly which months you'd like to skip. We'll be glad to skip them all for you and then your shipments will restart at the end of that hold. You can also extend or adjust the hold any time by emailing us again.
