We believe in the quality of our product and stand behind it. If anything arrives in subpar condition, email us at [email protected] to let us know and we'll either resend (if it's a specialty item) or refund the cost of procuring something that's easy to find (such as a lemon). 


If you receive your box and decide you don't want it before using anything in it, you can ship it back to us and we'll refund the cost of everything other than shipping. 


If you're very unhappy with something to do with our product, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right!
